Privacy notice

This notice explains the information LogEntra uses to provide its construction-administration workspace.

Draft · Last updated October 12, 2026

Information we handle

LogEntra handles account identifiers such as name and email address; workspace, project, submittal and RFI records; email-intake content and attachments sent to a project address; and limited security and service logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide requested workspace features, route and organize project correspondence, maintain security, diagnose failures, and communicate about the service.

Service providers

LogEntra relies on infrastructure and delivery providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and email processing. They receive information only as needed to perform those services under their own contractual and security obligations.

Retention and control

Workspace information is retained while the account or workspace is active and as reasonably needed for security, recovery, and legal obligations. Workspace owners control member access. Contact your workspace owner for access, correction, export, or deletion requests.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, private provider credentials, and project-scoped authorization. No online service can promise absolute security, so do not submit secrets or unrelated sensitive personal information through project intake.
