Terms of service
These terms describe the basic responsibilities that apply when using LogEntra.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use LogEntra only for lawful project administration. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting the right people and maintaining appropriate access to their projects.
Your content
You retain ownership of the records and files you submit. You authorize LogEntra and its service providers to process that content only as needed to host, organize, secure, transmit, and support the service.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- access projects or accounts without authorization;
- upload malicious code or interfere with service operation;
- use intake addresses for spam or unrelated bulk messaging; or
- reverse engineer or resell the service except where law permits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LogEntra available and reliable, but maintenance, provider failures, and evolving product requirements may occasionally interrupt or change the service. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable account or product notices.
Important project decisions
LogEntra organizes information; it does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, or safety advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing source documents and making professional project decisions.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risks, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms. Workspace owners may request account or data closure through the support path on the Contact page.
